CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) STATEMENT
The wellbeing of our guests and staff are of paramount importance, therefore we are monitoring and adopting the World Health Organisation standard recommendations and following the government’s guidelines to reduce exposure and transmission of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are taking standards of hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are making additional measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications in guest bedrooms and public areas.
Proper and frequents handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of bacteria, staff are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act, and is of utmost importance for their health and of our guests.
In addition to training housekeeping and hygiene protocols, staff are completing awareness training on COVID-19.
Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public areas paying particular attention to ‘high’ touch surfaces such as, entrances, front reception desk, handrails, room keys, door handles, lift, lift buttons, and public toilets.
We will work with guests to manage any changes affecting your visit to the hotel and spa on a case by case basis.
Guests who booked via online travel agents are advised to contact the booking provider.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of all guests & staff and will update this communication if required.
