We have a range of venues to suit any event, from private functions, award ceremonies, exhibitions, proms, birthday celebrations, funeral teas, conferences, christenings, conventions, seminars and much more.

The Venues

Stradey Park Hotel offers a range of venues to suit any event.

The Alexander Suite can hold over 300 guests and can be divided into six separate rooms, ideal for smaller functions and events.

The Bryn-y-Mor is ideal for small conferences or meetings, private dining of up to 20 people or it can be utilised as a break-out room from the Alexander Suite.

Copperplate Bar & Grill, with its panoramic views, makes it an ideal venue to hire out for private functions.

Our events team has the benefit of years of experience and can work with you to create your perfect function, large or small. Menu choices range from a fine dining menu to a delicious buffet or finger food option, complimented with a wide range of fine wines and local beers and ales.

Charity Events

Let us take the pressure off you when organising your event, allowing you to concentrate on raising money for your chosen charity. Stradey Park Hotel fully supports charitable events, and on booking your event we will offer complimentary room hire.

Our highly experienced team of chefs can cater for any function or event and work with you to create your desired menu within a budget of your choice. You will be assigned an events coordinator to work with you to plan your event and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Business/Conferences

Stradey Park Hotel offers a versatile business and conference venue with complimentary wireless internet for presentations. Private executive boardrooms and conference rooms, along with convenient break-out areas, provide complete privacy for important meetings.

Our business packages include tea, coffee, and beverage facilities, light meals, a 3-course dining experience, and special executive room rates. Business guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and access to telephones and, printers.

Funeral Gatherings

We know it’s a difficult time and our sensitive staff will ensure your needs are catered for quietly and efficiently, giving you one less thing to worry about. We offer a choice of private locations including the Bryn y Mor Suite, Copperplate Bar & Grill and Alexander Suite.You may just want to reminisce with family friends over a cup of tea and a scone or provide your guests with an afternoon tea or a hot meal.

We offer preferential room rates to guests travelling long distances.
