Assistant Bar Manager

Stradey park hotel is looking for an assistant bar manager to help the bar manager with the running of the bar. The hotel is the county’s leading wedding, conference, event and accommodation venue. Applicants must have previous experience within a similar role. You must also have excellent customer service skills. Duties include dealing with customers, cash handling, supervising staff, stock control, working with a young and enthusiastic team and general duties as and when required.
