Stradey Park Hotel Sports Star of the Future

Llanelli and the surrounding area has always had a wealth of young sporting talent. Now the Llanelli Star, in partnership with the Stradey Park Hotel, is going to celebrate the excellence of our sporting stars of tomorrow with a brand new award.

 

Every week, we’ll be inviting our readers to vote for their junior sports star of the month. Perhaps a young lad from Five Roads has scored the winning try in a cup final or a young girl from Hendy has swum a County record front crawl time. Whatever the story of fledgling sporting success, we want to hear from you.

Every month, our sports team will pick the most deserving case from your nominations and the winner will be crowned the Stradey Park Hotel Sports Star of the Future. From its views of the famous old ground, to its hosting of the annual Brin Isaac Award Dinner, the Stradey Park Hotel has a long history of sporting connections.

Each monthly winner will receive the fantastic prize of a £50 voucher towards sporting equipment, and a meal for four at the Stradey Park Hotel’s Brazz restaurant, meaning team-mates, coaches, family and friends can share in the glory.

Nominations for the September Stradey Park Hotel Sports Star of the Future are open from Saturday 1st September.
