Stradey Park Hotel re-launches with a bang

Stradey Park Hotel hosted a glamorous grand unveiling of the new refurbishments on Thursday 2nd November, which has put the hotel on the map as the place to come for fine dining, events and luxurious accommodation in Carmarthenshire.

The independent hotel which specialises in locally sourced and produced ingredients treated guests to delicious canapés with a modern twist including miniature pork and leek sausages, welsh beef burgers and fish and chips in cones of Llanelli Star news paper, finished off with hot soup and mulled wine to accompany the stunning end of night fireworks display. Live piano music, a magician and living 'statue' completed the nights entertainment, and local wine connoisseur Paul Silcox was on hand to give special wine tasting lessons in the Gallery.

One guest on the night commented:
'The transformation is amazing, there is nothing else like this in the area, the décor is really stylish and the service is excellent. The hotel has certainly gone up a few star ratings in my eyes tonight."

The 250 guests made up of local people, the local business community and loyal customers from across the UK were treated to tours of the hotel showcasing the stylish Parc bar, elegant Brazz and reception areas and the sleek Rooftop Lounge as well as a chance to look around the hotel's range of accommodation from the beautiful contemporary-Edwardian bridal suite to the bright and cosy family rooms.
