New look Brazz to launch at Stradey Park Hotel

Further round of refurbishments at Llanelli's landmark hotel

The re-imagining of the Stradey Park Hotel has continued with further refurbishments set to be revealed at the Edwardian mansion house.

 

The Brazz, the hotel's popular restaurant, has been reinvigorated thanks to a new bar area, complete with walnut facade and lighting panel. The ambience of the area has been transformed thanks to a new lighting system and the laying of elegant copper flooring.

 

The new work compliments the series of refurbishments that took place across the front of house and Parc bar in November of last year, bringing an air of contemporary cool to the Llanelli landmark.

 

Local diners will have the first chance to see the new area for themselves with a special evening for the launch of a new menu on Friday 2 February 2007.
