New Years Eve 2012

 

Join us for our New Years celebration - Where we will be holding an exclusive black tie event to commemorate 50 years of James Bond. The evening will include casino tables courtesy of Swansea Fun Casinos, top entertainment, a five course meal and a spectacular fireworks display at midnight.

 

7.00 pm - Arrival drinks and nibbles served in the Gallery

7.45 pm - Guests will be called to dinner

8.00 pm - Dinner will be served

 

Entertainment will be provided courtesy of the fabulous Coverland & our Resident DJ.

We will be having a spectacular fireworks display at Midnight. 

 

 

Tickets to attend the evenings festivities are available at a cost of only

£75 per person inclusive of:

 

• Arrival drink and nibbles

• 5 course meal followed by coffee and homemade petit fours

Starters

Cream of pumpkin soup with ratatouille and basil bread fingers

 

Fish course

Cured salmon pastrami with a crisp rocket, dill and cucumber salad Served on a cool ranch dressing

 

Intermediate

Californian Chardonnay and orange sorbet served with a watermelon and pineapple jam

 

Main Course

Baked sirloin of beef wrapped in pancetta and oyster mushrooms with a rich Merlot and thyme jus served on a leek croquette

 

Slow roast honey and bourbon scented duck breast encased in a chicken and almond roulade served with a ginger cream sauce and fondant potato

 

Tomato, courgette and fennel confit in filo parcels served with a butternut squash and spring onion coulis

 

Dessert

Trio of desserts

Chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake

Apple and cinnamon pancake with maple syrup

Blueberry, lemon and poppy seed crème caramel

 

Selection of world cheeses with celery, grapes, chutney and a selection of savoury biscuits
