Sous Chef - Stradey Park Hotel


Salary:                   £16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Location:               Stradey Park Hotel


Provide a high standard of food production at all times. To report to the Head Chef and supervise all kitchen staff. To report to Head Chef and supervise all junior kitchen staff.

Duties to include the following:

• To maintain a high standard of service at all times
• To ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service
• To ensure all products used are in keeping with a fine dining experience
• Maintain consistency of taste and presentation of dishes
• To ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion size, quality and temperature
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Working Pattern:
The days and times of work will be on a rota basis over 7 days. Requirement to work and
outside of these hours is a regular feature.
