Alexander Suite


The Alexander Suite is the most popular venue throughout the hotel to hold an event due to its versatility. It can hold 400 guests theatre style and seat 200 guests comfortably for dinner including a dance floor area with the option of incorporating a small stage. It can also be divided into several smaller rooms including arrangements that allow you to hold break out rooms off the main room or it can open out on to our Parc Bar.


This room comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, screens, projectors and wireless internet.



Bryn-Y-Mor Suite


This Suite is ideal for meetings and conferences of up to 20 guests, it is based in a quiet part of the hotel which gives you all the privacy you might need.


The Bryn-Y-Mor Suite can also be used for small events or even a break-off room from events held in the Alexander Suite.



Samphires Restaurant


Stradey Park Hotel's stunning Samphires Restaurant can also be hired out for private functions. With its fantastic semi-circular windows it affords views across the Gower and Carmarthenshire coastline and features it's own bar. It would make the perfect setting for an impressive business lunch, networking event or private celebration.



Rooftop Lounge


The most elevated position in the hotel, the Rooftop Lounge has phenomenal views stretching across the Carmarthenshire Coast and Burry Estuary.


The Rooftop offers a contemporary twist on an Art Deco lounge complete with a glossy black piano, stylish dark wood chairs and sensitively designed ambient lighting. An ideal setting for relaxing afternoons with the papers, a quiet drink, vintage tea or an exclusive party or celebration.


Whether it is a moody Autumn escape, a sparkly Winter event or making the most of the terrace and light evenings with a celebration in the sunshine, the Rooftop provides a haven for many occasions.



The Gallery


This area of the hotel can be used as a reception area, allowing you to have your own entrance to your event, a place you can meet and greet your guests, enjoy welcome drinks or use the space for exhibitor stands or even an art exhibition.
